How to Reschedule Passport Appointment Date

If you have applied for Fresh or Reissue of Passport or applied for Police Clearance Certificate or other Document and Book Appointment but unfortunately you cannot visit Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) or Regional Passport Office (RPO) on the appointed date you can Reschedule your Appointment date without paying any Fine or Fees to a later date.

Rescheduling can be done up to 2 times and once date changed for 2 times your application will be cancelled and Fees paid will be lost and cannotbe refunded. 

How to reschedule appointment?

Visit https://passportindia.gov.in/ website

Click on Existing User Login

Login with your Login id and password (Login id and password will be the same which you used to applying for fresh / reissue passport, make payment online and book appointment)

Click on View Saved / Submitted Applications

You can see already applied applications. Select the application for which you need to reschedule. For Rescheduling all application select one by one and click on Schedule Appointment for Application Submission

Choose the appointment date when you can visit the PSK and click on ‘Book Appointment’.

Visit PSK with the copies and original documents.

If you cannot visit the PSD on the Rescheduled date, you can again Reschedule for Free and Visit the PSK on the appointed date. This can be done up to 2 times.
